Bathroom and buddy

How bathroom trips work at the Rainbow DJ Lab.

You can always go

You never have to "earn" a bathroom trip. If you need to go, you can go.

How it works

1. Tell a coach. Say, "I need the bathroom."
2. Take a buddy. Kids go in pairs.
3. A grown-up walks with you and waits at the bathroom door, outside.
4. Go, wash your hands, and come right back with your buddy.

Grown-ups stay outside

Lab grown-ups wait by the door. They never go into the stall area with you.

Little DJs (ages 5 to 7) go with their own grown-up from home.

Buddy rules

• Stay with your buddy.
• If your buddy isn't ready, wait at the door with the grown-up.
• If something feels wrong in the bathroom, come out and tell the grown-up at the door right away.

At big events

At a show or event, it works the same way: a buddy, plus a Lab grown-up at the door. Never go off alone.
