How Rainbow DJ Lab collects, uses, protects and deletes information about children and families, and how to use your rights.
Privacy in plain words
- We collect only what we need to teach your child and keep them safe.
- Before launch, we keep only an interest list: your child's first name and last initial, age and age group, and your name, email and phone. No health, pickup or custody details. It's deleted if the Lab hasn't started within 12 months.
- Your private family link shows only your own child. Families don't use a class code. If the link is lost or shared, the coach re-issues it.
- In-room screens use a room code the coach issues for each class. It expires, and those screens show kids by first name and last initial only, never coach notes or private details.
- Your contact details, emergency contacts, medical and allergy notes, pickup list and consents are coach-only. They're stored privately and never sent to a family link or an in-room screen.
- Your consent choices are enforced by the app: no in-class activity is saved without digital-tracking consent, and no Spotlight without performance consent.
- No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of data, no photos or video in the app, no biometrics, no location tracking.
- For children under 13, we collect limited information only with your verifiable consent at registration.
- You're in charge. You can see, correct or delete your child's information, or withdraw consent, at any time. We respond within 10 business days.
Status: Rainbow DJ Lab is proposed and not running yet. The class app is built and described here as it works today. These policies were adopted by the Ras Tafari Inc. board on October 17, 2026. Where something is still being built, the page says so.
