In the Rastafari and Ethiopian tradition, the body is a temple. Morning Yoga at the Healing Grove honors this livity (life force) through conscious movement, breath, and stillness. Our sessions integrate gentle vinyasa flows, yin postures, and pranayama (breath control) — all offered in a space free from competition, open to every body, every ability.
Mats are provided for the first 100 attendees each session. Come as you are, leave feeling rooted and restored.
“The breath is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual. Through yoga, we reconnect to our ancestral wisdom.”
