SelassieFest Basketball Tournament

An open-bracket community basketball tournament on-site, run throughout the day with divisions for youth and adults. Come hoop, come cheer, come represent your crew.

Pool Play: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Championship Game: 5:00 PM
Divisions: Youth (U16) & Adult, 5-on-5

North vs. South Football Match

Chicago's North Side takes on the South Side in a friendly but fiercely contested football (soccer) exhibition match — the closing centerpiece of SelassieFest weekend.

Format: Two 35-minute halves
