“I came for a headache tincture. I left with a spiritual bath recipe, a new understanding of my ancestors, and a bundle of dried sage. This is not a booth – it’s a reconnection.”
— Danielle, 2024 attendee
Metaphysical healing is the practice of using plants, minerals, and spiritual intention to restore balance – not just to the body, but to the mind and spirit. In the African and Rastafari traditions, every herb has a spirit, and every ailment has both a physical and a spiritual root.
