If the award comes in under the request
The series still runs in all three regions. Cuts come in this order: convert the flagship weekend to two independent single days, removing overnight security; ask returning drummers to bring their own instruments in place of loaners; trim paid digital to owned channels and anchor-partner distribution; reduce companion-edition musical acts to local acts at a reduced honorarium.
Artist fees at the flagship, ASL interpretation, insurance and the projection package are not cut. Neither is local crew hire — the second crew is funded from the organization’s own contribution precisely so that the commitment to hire in each park’s zip code does not depend on the size of the award.
