What to actually do on this page

Below is your section's list — one row per item. Each row already shows the next action: the actual next unchecked step, not a guess you have to come up with.

1. Click a row to open it. Current state and Proposed state are the known record — what's true, and what we're aiming for — already filled in wherever we know it. They're not a blank box for you to fill; if one still says "not yet determined," that's honest, not a mistake.
2. Work through the action items checklist — check off each real step as you do it, and add your own if you find more are needed. Update Current state / Proposed state as you learn more.
3. Once every action item is checked, pick Complete or Reviewed — no change needed and click Submit for Review. A team leader has to approve it before it's crossed off — you'll get an email either way, with a note attached if it's sent back.
